Brand Pulse

The Brand Pulse is about assessing the level of employee brand promise alignment. Brand promise alignment means that employees think and perform in line with what the firm promises to its customers and other stakeholders. When employees are aligned with brand promises they have emotionally accepted the brand promise and perform in accordance with the promise. Brand aligned employees act as brand ambassadors. A brand works as a promise towards the firm’s stakeholders and an explicit brand promise is expressed as a statement about what the firm offers to different stakeholders. All employees need to show brand promise alignment in order for the brand to be reliable in the view of the firm’s stakeholders.
